Marketing Manager

OROCA is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing team and own the company’s brand and growth agenda, building strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and delivering brand awareness, acquisition, revenue, and long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Team Leadership
  • Develop and lead OROCA’s marketing strategy across brand, growth, content/social, campaigns, and performance.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Marketing team: priorities, ownership, performance, and ways of working.
  • Translate business goals into clear objectives, roadmaps, and measurable KPIs.
Core KPIs: Team performance, marketing roadmap delivery, campaign effectiveness.
2. Brand & Owned Channel Development
  • Own and grow OROCA’s brand ecosystem across owned media, social, and content touchpoints.
  • Define brand voice, messaging, and content/social strategy to ensure consistency and differentiation.
  • Oversee planning, publishing quality, and optimization; coordinate internal teams and partners for execution.
Core KPIs: Brand awareness, impressions, engagement, follower growth, content
performance, %SOV.
3. Integrated Campaign Planning & Growth Ownership
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across brand, acquisition, sales, and retention.
  • Own end-to-end campaign process: objectives, insights/idea, channel plan, budget, timeline, and post-analysis.
  • Align with cross-functional teams/partners and optimize performance across brand and growth KPIs.
Core KPIs: Traffic, leads, customers, marketing revenue, CTR, CR, ROAS, CAC, and
campaign ROI.
4. Brand Guideline Governance
  • Develop and govern brand guidelines across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
  • Review and ensure quality/consistency of creatives, copy, campaign messages, and marketing materials.
  • Shape brand narrative to fit dental/healthcare e-commerce and target customer context.
5. Market, Customer & Competitor Insights
  • Lead market/customer/competitor research and track trends in dental/healthcare e-commerce and platform categories.
  • Analyze campaign, content, customer behavior, and funnel data to generate actionable insights.
  • Turn insights into strategy updates, growth opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
6. Performance Management, Budget & Reporting
  • Manage marketing budgets (monthly/quarterly/annual) and balance brand vs. growth investment.
  • Track efficiency and optimize performance metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS) and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Build dashboards and reporting cadence; provide data-driven reviews and recommendations to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 8+ years in Marketing, including at least 2+ years leading or managing a team.
  • Experience in e-commerce/tech/startup and/or healthcare/dental and B2B/B2C platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand, content/social, campaign planning, acquisition, funnel optimization, and analytics.
  • Ability to balance brand building with growth/performance marketing.
  • Strong communication: excellent Vietnamese; good English (written & spoken).
  • Hands-on with (or able to direct) key tools/partners: GA, paid ads platforms, CRM, creative tools; work effectively with agencies and stakeholders.
